Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be an essential part of the community operations team, supporting the goal of providing exceptional living experiences for residents and maintaining the property's standards. Shift:
What's the Job?
+ Provide outstanding customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and local municipalities to foster positive relationships.
+ Work diligently to achieve or maintain a 100% occupancy rate through effective leasing and resident engagement.
+ Ensure timely collection of rent and fees, including follow-up on late payments to maintain financial health.
+ Conduct daily community inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and community safety.
+ Manage the property budget efficiently, maximizing profitability while adhering to financial guidelines.
What's Needed?
+ At least 3 years of experience in property management or a related field, preferably in mobile home or community management.
+ Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels.
+ Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as maintain strong vendor relationships.
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle legally.
+ Proficiency with computers, including internet use, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
