Dispatcher – Keep Things Moving!

We’re **hiring a Dispatcher** for a **full-time, weekday schedule (M–F, 7:30a–4:30p)** in for our client in **Waterville** ! This reputable **local non-profit agency** is looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to help coordinate transportation and provide excellent service to clients.

Typical daily duties:

• Dispatching and scheduling transportation

• Communicating schedules with drivers and resolving issues as they arise

• Entering data into computer systems and maintaining client files

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience with multi-line phones, scheduling, and data entry preferred
