    Our client, a leading electric vehicle company, is seeking a PCBA Technician to join their team. As a PCBA Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting high-volume electronic assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** PCBA Technician (2-3 month contract)

    **Location:** Fremont, CA

    **Pay Range:** $40-$45 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle, process, and inspect printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) following established manufacturing procedures.

    + Support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, including assisting with line setup, component placement, and precise measurements.

    + Perform manual loading operations for selective wave solder (SWS) processes.

    + Organize components, prepare build kits, and stage materials for production activities.

    + Assist engineering and manufacturing teams in troubleshooting PCBA issues and ensuring quality standards are met.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with PCBA handling or processing in a manufacturing or electronics environment.

    + Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing flow, electronic components, and assembly best practices.

    + Experience with SMT processes, including component placement and PCBA measurements.

    + Familiarity with SWS manual loading operations.

    + Ability to work with delicate electronic assemblies with precision and care.
