Position Overview
OCM Lead
Must be located in Charlotte NC
W2 required
The OCM Lead will drive organizational change initiatives to support the adoption of a new finance product working across multiple finance lines of business. They will help implement new models, processes, and technologies, with a specific focus on rolling out a Finance **product across Finance lines of business (LOBs)** . This role requires strong communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work across multiple business units to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
+ Work closely with Finance teams to re-engineer processes impacted by Finance Product implementation.
+ Ensure alignment between new workflows and organizational objectives.
1. Strategy & Planning
+ Develop and implement change management strategies using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
+ Align change initiatives with organizational goals and CADS product rollout objectives.
2. Impact & Risk Assessment
+ Conduct impact analyses and change readiness assessments across Finance LOBs.
+ Identify key stakeholders and anticipate areas of resistance.
+ Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
+ Partner with Finance LOB leaders to understand business needs and priorities.
+ Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams, project managers, and leadership.
+ Facilitate alignment sessions and feedback loops to secure buy-in.
4. Communication
+ Design and execute communication plans tailored to diverse audiences.
+ Deliver clear, consistent messaging on changes, benefits, and implementation timelines.
7. Performance Monitoring
+ Track adoption rates, milestone achievement, and stakeholder sentiment.
+ Prepare and present progress reports to leadership.
+ Use data-driven insights to reinforce successes and address gaps.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in financial services or banking.
+ Familiarity with banking products (e.g., mortgage, forecasting) and financial processes.
+ Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred.
+ Strong technical background and ability to understand engineering and finance systems.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience with large-scale transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
