The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. About the Role:
As the **Senior Manager of Demand Planning Excellence** , you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining global standards, processes, and systems that drive consistency, accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. You will serve as a thought leader within our Center of Excellence (COE), collaborating with cross-functional teams to align forecasting strategies with overall business objectives while enabling innovation through emerging trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
+ **Strategic Forecasting:** Lead development of short-term (13-week), mid-term (18-month), and long-term (5-year) forecasting capabilities using advanced methodologies.
+ **Global Process Ownership:** Establish scalable global process standards that improve accuracy and effectiveness within demand planning functions.
+ **Allocation Management:** Develop customer prioritization frameworks alongside supply allocation processes to optimize satisfaction levels.
+ **Data Analytics Leadership:** Drive adoption of advanced analytical tools/techniques; refine models based on real-time data insights ensuring forecast relevancy + precision.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Foster alignment between sales & marketing, finance & operations teams by integrating demand planning efforts into broader business strategies.
+ **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Champion innovative solutions that enhance technology utilization while improving operational efficiencies globally.
+ **Risk Management Expertise:** Identify risks related to variability in forecasts; develop contingency plans addressing uncertainties effectively.
Required Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or related fields.
2. At least 12+ years’ experience working directly within complex organizations focused heavily around areas like forecasting/demand-planning/supply-chain-management expertise
3. Proficiency navigating software platforms such SAP IBP/Kinaxis/O9

The range for this position is $114,006.00 - $156,758.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
