As a **Security Guard - CRE Patrol Driving Role** in **King Of Prussia, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols within the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity according to company guidelines.

+ Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

+ Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal staff.

+ Support other Allied Universal team members as needed to help maintain a secure environment throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
