As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for all personnel. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols, remaining visible throughout the facility, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or other concerns within the facility and surrounding areas.

+ Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives as needed to maintain a professional presence.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as required by site procedures.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorization as necessary.

+ Remain alert to any unusual circumstances to help to deter potential security-related issues at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
