As a **Security Professional - Armed Patrol Team Lead** in **Rochester, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer, where you'll play a key role in monitoring and patrolling the premises of a dynamic food and beverage location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to all onsite. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies in a food and beverage production environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following protocols for armed security personnel.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas as required for the location.

+ Remain alert and observant for unusual activities or conditions, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related issues and emergency situations as needed.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Possess an Armed Guard Card or Armed Guard License as required by state and/or local regulations.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
