As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a dynamic healthcare location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the facility, and assisting staff and visitors with exceptional customer service and prompt communication. You will play a key role in upholding a caring and reliable atmosphere, supporting the wellbeing of everyone on site while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Maintain a visible presence and help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location to Allied Universal management and/or onsite representatives.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Document incidents, observations, and/or interactions as required in daily activity reports or incident logs.

+ Collaborate with on-site personnel and emergency responders during incidents to help facilitate communication and coordinated response.

+ Adhere to all company, client, and healthcare location policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Vaccination is required for hospital postings.

+ Applicants must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.

+ Applicants must be able to restrain individuals as required in hospital settings.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
