As a **Security Guard - Telecom Patrol Driver** in **Kapolei, HI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for everyone on site. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position includes driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Assist with monitoring the location in line with established protocols, reporting any suspicious or unusual behavior.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to address incidents and support a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.

+ Interact with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and address questions or concerns in a courteous manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
