As a **Security Officer - Patrol Driver Required** in **Delphi, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to help deter unwanted activity, and provide clear communication with staff and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

+ Report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs observed during patrols to management and/or law enforcement as required.

+ Follow all company and client protocols for incident reporting, access control, and emergency response.

+ Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance and information as needed.

+ Maintain awareness of security-related risks specific to food and beverage facilities and adjust patrols accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
