What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols, both inside the facility and around the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents within the healthcare location.

+ Assist with access control measures, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies.

+ Support emergency response activities, including following protocols for medical or security-related incidents.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to provide assistance and information when necessary.

+ Complete thorough and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
