What You'll Do:

+ Support access control procedures by monitoring the entry and exit of authorized individuals at the location.

+ Assist in verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as required by site-specific policies.

+ Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through attentive observation and reporting.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to the specific needs of the financial institution environment.

+ Provide customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures.

+ Document and report any unusual circumstances, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues according to Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal personnel to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
