As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities at a financial institution location. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while utilizing computer or tablet systems. What You'll Do:

+ Deliver customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

+ Monitor and manage communications for the location, coordinating response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to support ongoing operations and incident response.

+ Document and report all incidents, calls, and activities accurately and promptly according to established protocols.

+ Maintain awareness of security-related systems, alarms, and access control points for the location.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to relay important security-related information and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
