    Salary Exempt - 7 day, 12-hour (United States of America)

     

    The Human Resources Partner is is a strategic role that partners with assigned multi-plants to include Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver plants for the execution of People Strategies to include, hourly talent acquisition, employee relations to include conducting and leading employee investigations, workforce planning including retention analysis & action planning, various HR Administration to include On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping and compliance. Local expert on general benefit & policy questions. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Influences and coaches leaders and associates.

     

    Essential Function - Roles/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:hourly talent acquisition,employee relations activities,retention analysis & action planning,HR Administration for On and Off boarding,payroll,timekeeping and compliance.benefit and policy questions..Administers companywide HR initiatives.Coach and influences leaders and associates.Conducts employee investigations.

     

    + Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

     

    Education Level preferred Associate or experienceCertifications PreferredYears of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 2 to 3Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1Years of Employee Relations Experience 1Years of Employee Investigation Experience 0HR Administration Experience ( generalist payroll, etc) 1
