Material Handler / Production Factory Worker
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. **Pay range $18-$19/hour + comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k).**
Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard procedures
+ Assemble and package finished goods
+ Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
+ Assist with routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
+ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
