We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** to join our cold storage facility team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely and efficient handling of goods in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.

+ Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.

+ Utilize **RF scanners** to track inventory movement and ensure real-time data accuracy.

+ Perform **data entry** tasks to update inventory systems and shipping logs.

+ Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area.

+ Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

+ Adhere to safety and cold chain protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ **Strong data entry skills** with attention to detail and accuracy.

+ **Computer savvy** ; proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and email communication.

+ **Experience using RF scanners** in a warehouse or logistics setting.

+ Ability to work in cold storage conditions (refrigerated/freezer environments).

+ Good organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in cold storage or food distribution environments.

+ Forklift certification.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
