Our client is a well-known regional airline. Due to growth seeking a Payroll Manager to join the HR Dept. Primary duties include:
+ Manage and maintain end-to-end payroll processing—including updates, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and compliance—while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper recordkeeping.
+ Audit payroll data and reports; investigate and resolve discrepancies; prepare W-2s; and complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end tax filings for domestic and international locations.
+ Stay current on payroll, wage, hour, tax, and garnishment regulations across all operating regions; research and assess payroll impacts when expanding to new locations.
+ Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders while providing strong customer service and supporting additional HR duties as needed.
Position reports to HR Director.
Ideal candidates for Payroll Manager will possess the following.
+ 3+ years experience in payroll
+ Experience with taxes—multi-state, federal and international
+ Experience with ADP software
+ Proficient with MS Excel
+ Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
Salary up to $65k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
