The Monitor Recovery Representative (MRR) is responsible for addressing patient and internal customer inquiries via phone and email. This role involves both outbound and inbound calls, with a focus on contacting patients whose studies are complete and ensuring the return of company equipment.
Position Responsibilities
+ Make outbound calls to retrieve company equipment by due dates
+ Receive inbound calls regarding due-date procedures
+ Perform 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day audits to recover company equipment
+ Generate and send recovery letters; request invoices through the billing department
+ Understand and follow up on patient inquiries, requests, and complaints
+ Provide knowledgeable, efficient, and positive customer service
+ Share relevant information with coworkers and support team collaboration
+ Demonstrate willingness to learn from others and value team input
+ Align behavior with the organization’s needs, priorities, and goals
+ Interact professionally and sensitively with patients and internal teams
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
+ Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
+ Skill in conflict resolution and handling difficult conversations
+ Ability to hear a range of tones for call-related tasks
+ Professional and courteous phone demeanor
+ Accurate typing and strong data-entry skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
+ Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, as needed
+ Bilingual skills are a plus
+ Ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
