Quality Support Associate – $24/hr
**Location:** Manassas, VA
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
**Type:** 1-year assignment (onsite)

About the Role
Adecco is hiring a **Quality Support Associate** to work onsite with one of our manufacturing partners in Manassas, VA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys detailed work, supporting quality processes, and working in a regulated environment. You’ll gain transferable skills and exposure to new equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
+ Support quality systems including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, and batch records
+ Assist with preparing for internal and external audits
+ Help coordinate employee training and maintain accurate training records
+ Update documentation, SOPs, job aids, and controlled documents
+ Ensure proper documentation practices (GDP) at all times
+ Assist warehouse teams with labeling, inventory organization, and material tracking
+ Track testing performed by outside labs and maintain documentation
+ Maintain trackers, logs, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
+ Support daily operations for the Quality team
Qualifications
+ HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical field preferred
+ 2–5 years of experience in a GMP, manufacturing, or consumer health environment
+ Knowledge of quality systems (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Training, Documentation)
+ Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
+ Excellent organization, communication, and accountability skills
Physical & Work Requirements
+ Standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift)
+ Steel-toe shoes required
+ Must pass background check and drug screening before starting

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per year
