Customer Service Representative

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Supply Chain team. Primary duties include:
+ Enter and confirm all customer orders.
+ Respond to customer inquiries about our products, and receive, document and resolve any customer complaints
+ The incumbent for this role will be well-trained in the company’s customer service policies and product lines, which are critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Position reports to Director of Supply Chain.
Ideal candidates for Customer Service Representative will possess the following:
+ Associates degree
+ 3+ years experience in a customer service / high-call volume setting
+ Experience with CRM & ERP systems
+ Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
Salary up to $75,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
