Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find CNC Operator candidates to join their team! This is an entry level job working 12 hour rotating shifts!     Responsibilities for this job include:

    Proven years of experience with a CNC machine and micrometer.

     

    Must know how to use grinding machines, both manual and auto.

     

    Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts based on technical drawings and specifications.

     

    Reading blueprints

     

    Using CAD/CAM software

     

    Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Qualifications for this job include:

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Able and willing to wear proper safety attire

     

    Ability to read and understand measurements and directions

     

    Basic computer skills

     

    Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

     

    Able to work in a warm and hot environment, especially during summer months

     

    Must be clean shaven at all times

    Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays per rotating schedule

    • Shifts run 7a-7p, and 7p-7a

    • Rotation schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off on one shift (7a-7pm or 7p-7a) for 2 weeks, then the same on the opposing shift.

    • Overtime pay after 40 hours/week.

     

    Pay for this position will start at $17.00/hr.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
