    **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

    **Location:** Dover, DE

    **Pay Rate:** $19/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    Position Summary

    Adecco is hiring **Warehouse Associates** in the Dover, DE area! We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed accurately and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery for **mixing, bagging, and cutting** materials.

    + Perform “bagging out” tasks, ensuring products are properly filled, sealed, and labeled.

    + Conduct “cutting out” operations to prepare materials for packaging or further processing.

    + Maintain a **clean, safe, and organized** work area.

    + Follow all **safety protocols** and standard operating procedures.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent **preferred** .

    + Previous **warehouse, manufacturing, or production** experience is a plus.

    + Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
