Job Title: Float Family Nurse Practitioner (FL Licensed)

Schedule: M-F 8:30a-7:30p. Sat 9a-5:30p, Sun 9a-4:30p

Job Description:

Adecco is assisting the largest U.S. pharmacy chain in recruiting for a Float Family Nurse Practitioner

*Must be willing to float to nearby locations. This will be a float req that will cover Callahan, Macclenny, and Jacksonville. Average 180-210 hours per 6 week schedule cycle and 6 out of 12 weekend shifts (sat/sun) per 6 week schedule cycle. Opportunity for more hours if open shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients (18 months+).

+ Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, contraceptive care, and medication management.

+ Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.

+ Document all patient care in the EHR per policy.

+ Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team members.

Qualifications:

+ Active, unrestricted FL FNP license (ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges required).

+ Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.

+ Must have 1+ year of primary care experience.

**Pay Details:** $74.00 per hour
