    Job Description **:**

    This Executive Assistant is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and gathering and delivering information relevant to/from the executive.

    Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant include but are not limited to **:**

    + Executive Calendar Management and Travel Coordination

    + Assist in organizing in-person meetings/events

    + Process expense reports

    + Coordinate various projects and activities in a responsive and personable manner.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + 3+ years of administrative support, including high level executive support experience

    + Proficiency in Concur and Salesforce systems

    + Advanced skills in MS Suite, including Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    + Knowledge of communication platforms such as Zoon, Webex, and Teams
