Adecco Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support the production team to maintain high equipment uptime and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
+ Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment
+ Monitor, inspect, and test machinery to detect issues before they become major problems
+ Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Support the production team during line changeovers or production stops
+ Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
+ Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
+ Strong troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools
+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
+ Willingness to work overtime, if needed
Physical Requirements
+ Stand, bend, and reach frequently
+ Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
