Job Title: Clinical Research Associate
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oversight Clinical Research Associate to provide oversight monitoring for US clinical sites. The role involves site management and reviewing trip reports of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), as well as conducting CRA performance assessments.
Responsibilities
+ Provide oversight monitoring for clinical sites (US and Canada).
+ Review trip reports of CRAs.
+ Conduct CRA performance assessments.
+ Manage clinical sites effectively.
+ Analyze sites and address any quality issues.
+ Collaborate with study teams, CRAs, and sites.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of clinical research experience.
+ 5+ years of experience as a lead or senior CRA or in oversight monitoring.
+ Expertise in ophthalmology & Medical device
+ Experience in clinical trials and oversight monitoring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in building relationships with CRAs and sites.
+ Background in medical devices or biotech, with a focus on ophthalmology.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in working through complex therapeutic areas.
Work Environment
This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates are located in the Eastern or Central region. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and effective communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
