As an Electrical Engineer, you will support production and manufacturing teams by providing direct engineering assistance, addressing issues, identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancement, and improving communication between facility personnel and engineering resources. You will work closely with various internal customers, including Production Superintendents, Preproduction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Product Managers, Engineering Project teams, Production personnel, and Procurement agents, among others.
Responsibilities
+ Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software, including ACADE and Inventor, to perform engineering tasks.
+ Apply knowledge of Design for Excellence (DFX), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
+ Conduct electrical, mechanical, and/or structural troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
+ Review customer project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper application of products within electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
+ Understand and apply related government and industry standards that govern the manufactured products.
+ Interact regularly with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Operations Engineering, Project Management, and Preproduction staff.
+ Prepare technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure installations and designs conform to standards and customer requirements.
+ Participate in and present technical information during design meetings or reviews.
+ Manage and maintain accurate notes from observations in the field and/or facilities.
+ Self-check work to ensure accuracy to established drawing and design specifications and standards.
+ Provide technical assistance for prototype and pilot builds along with sustaining production support.
+ Support service, aftermarket, and installation teams as needed.
+ Manage the Engineering Change Management system for designs in production.
+ Resolve questions or concerns promptly to mitigate facility downtime.
+ Track issues from identification to resolution, keeping stakeholders informed of status.
+ Attend meetings as needed for various teams/products that the role will support.
+ Coordinate with various engineering and production teams, serving as the point of contact and liaison.
+ Increase engineering core knowledge base of means-and-methods and build/manufacturing processes.
+ Prepare comprehensive assessment reports for engineering and production leadership.
+ Travel periodically to project sites for evaluations and data collection for reporting purposes.
+ Exhibit strong organization, communication, coordination, and planning skills.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
+ 1+ years of experience working as an engineer in a hands-on, manufacturing environment
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site role at the Excellerate facility in Little Chute. The position involves working closely with various engineering and production teams, and may require periodic travel to project sites for evaluations and data collection.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
• You are eligible to participate in the insurance plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.▪ You will receive 120 hours of Paid Time Off effective immediately upon hire. If you leave within the first 90 days of employment, any of these PTO hours that you have used will be recouped from your final paycheck.▪ You will receive seven paid holidays effective immediately upon hire.
