    Description

    Program and operate CMM equipment (e.g., Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Hexagon) using software such as PC-DMIS or Calypso.

     

    Perform dimensional inspections on components and assemblies to verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.

     

    Develop and maintain inspection programs, fixtures, and documentation.

     

    Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and engineering drawings accurately.

     

    Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming parts.

     

    Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring equipment is in compliance.

     

    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

     

    Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
