Job Title: REVIT DESIGNERJob Description

This position provides both software/user support and project/design support at a corporate level. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit for creating 3D models, 2D contract drawings, and families. Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D) and BIM 360 is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a desire to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

+ Support lead designers in creating contract documents.

+ Assist in creating project-specific content.

+ Support the creation and implementation of project standards.

+ Resolve helpdesk tickets related to CAD/BIM software and document management systems.

+ Assist with standards content development and management.

+ Test software and content features.

+ Create and edit standards documentation.

+ Develop CAD/BIM content for corporate use, including families, blocks, and templates.

+ Train new hires on standards and procedures.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Plant 3D.

+ Understanding of BIM 360.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Designer/Drafter qualification.

+ 2+ years of Revit experience.

+ Specific experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design.

+ Knowledge in water treatment, wastewater, and process design.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
