Project Controls Specialist – 100% Remote

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost-related updates throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.
+ Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated Primavera schedule, resource, and cost information.
+ Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.
+ Analyze project progress and provide recommendations on forecasted costs.
+ Maintain estimated costs in Primavera.
+ Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with PCG standards.
+ Assist in developing metrics and measures for the TE&PS project portfolio.
+ Participate in the development of project control standards and guidelines.
+ Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management teams follow PLMP processes.
Education and Experience Requirements
+ Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (ABET accredited) in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business.
+ 8+ years of experience in scheduling or project controls in construction.
+ 8+ years of experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management.
+ 8+ years of experience using Primavera P6.
Additional Details
+ Work Arrangement: 100% remote with occasional travel (1–2 times per month) to Lexington, KY.
+ Eligibility: Candidates must live within a 6-hour driving distance of Lexington, KY.

This is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
