    Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter

    Job Description

    You will work under the guidance of Project Managers and Associates, contributing to all phases of the design process, including the production of construction documents. You will prepare schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and contribute to construction documents using AutoCAD. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with marketing efforts and office administration.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare schematic design and design development drawings.

    + Contribute to the production of construction documents in AutoCAD.

    + Assist with project tracking and become familiar with the FVHD database system.

    + Participate in marketing and office administration activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe programs.

    + Excellent design and technical skills with attention to detail.

    + Self-motivated, dependable, and thorough with strong initiative.

    + Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project scale.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Currently pursuing or recently received an undergraduate degree in architecture or a related field.

    + 2-5 years of architectural experience is a plus, but not required.

    + Experience with educational design, particularly K-12, is advantageous.

    + Familiarity with Revit and other computer-generated rendering software is beneficial.

    This is a Contract position based out of Ewing, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
