Job Title: Senior Architectural Project Manager – HealthcareOverview

We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of a groundbreaking pediatric healthcare facility—the first freestanding children’s hospital in the state—developed in partnership with two of the region’s most prestigious academic health systems.

What You’ll Do
+ Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction, from concept to completion.
+ Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.
+ Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and guiding strategic project decisions.
+ Facilitate design workshops and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and project financials to ensure successful delivery.
+ Collaborate with leadership across operations, accounting, and business development.
+ Uphold rigorous quality assurance and control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Registered Architect certification.
+ 12+ years of architectural experience, including 5+ years in project management.
+ Proven leadership in healthcare design—experience with hospitals or pediatric facilities is a major plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Revit; familiarity with project controls and drafting tools.
+ Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
+ Passion for sustainable design and LEED principles.
+ PMP certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr.
