    This role is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The Engineering Manager will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation, ensuring the seamless production of high-performance products in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, cost, quality, and delivery of products.

    + Implement innovative manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and quality.

    + Work with new and existing manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless production.

    + Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to ensure high performance and reliability.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 3 years of engineering management experience.

    + Minimum of 8 years of CNC programming.

    + Strong mechanical and machine design skills.

    + Proven ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

    + 15+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3D CAD design skills (CREO preferred).

    + 2 years of NC/CNC programming and machining experience.

    + Fixture design knowledge.

    + Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (CREO preferred).

    + Experience applying LEAN principles (5S, setup reduction, TPM, value stream mapping, flow manufacturing, etc.).

    Work Environment

    Produce machine parts for the railroad industry. Must have full range of body motion. Certain operations require repetitive bending, squatting, and full arm extension. Manual lifting, not exceeding fifty (50) pounds, may be required. Able to visit various manufacturing environments.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Camp Hill, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
