    Job Title: General SuperintendentJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Superintendent to oversee significant HVAC system upgrades in a dynamic and professional setting. This role involves collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee a team of 1-3 subcontractors to ensure project success and professional presentation to the end client.

    + Act as the main point of contact, handling overall safety oversight and ensuring a 'Safety First' culture on the job site.

    + Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to achieve project goals.

    + Manage daily coordination and logistics of subcontractors on-site.

    + Collect, review, and submit shop drawings and other necessary documentation.

    + Build and update construction schedules and 'look ahead' plans.

    + Review estimates with the operations team to ensure logistical and site considerations are met.

    + Coordinate the execution of Method of Procedure (M.O.P.) efforts.

    + Complete daily and weekly reports and maintain a photo journal of project progress.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience as an assistant superintendent or superintendent on industrial projects.

    + Experience managing projects up to $10 million.

    + Proven safety oversight skills with OSHA 30 certification.

    + Proficiency in client interactions and interface.

    + Experience with Procore or similar software for running construction schedules.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction management and scheduling.

    + Strong skills in quality control and quality assurance.

    + Ability to maintain a positive job site culture focused on safety.

    + Experience in subcontractor management.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working on-site for projects starting from December 1st, with a project timeline extending until May 1st, 2026, with potential for extension. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with multiple subcontractors and maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Opportunities for future projects are available if current projects are successfully completed.

    This is a Contract position based out of Henderson, NV.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
