    Job Title: Post Market Surveillance Specialist

    Job Description

    As a Post Market Surveillance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining complete complaint files by updating the product report database with new information and documentation from both field personnel and Engineering. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements related to the complaint system process are fulfilled. This position requires computer and telephone-based work for extended periods in an office environment and may require coverage on occasional company holidays.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain complete complaint files by updating the product report database with new information and documentation.

    + Communicate effectively with field personnel to ensure complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.

    + Document product and therapy-related field reports within prescribed timelines and provide necessary documents required to complete investigations.

    + Complete training requirements and competency confirmations within the required timeline.

    + Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and suggest continuous process improvements.

    + Facilitate the product return process, document return dates, and disposition status.

    + Lead product report and patient follow-up activities, document results, and run basic complaint handling reports.

    + Compile data for regulatory reports as needed and compose written communications to physicians and end-use customers.

    + Train team members on the complaint handling process and system.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of experience in complaint or regulatory handling.

    + Understanding of FDA/ISO certified environments.

    + Proficiency in medical device terminology.

    + Experience with complaint analysis and documentation review.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Ability to document and evaluate new product reports in accordance with required timelines.

    + Capability to lead investigations and provide product kits to field personnel.

    + Experience in record keeping and document control.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
