    A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee and manage restoration projects. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, leading multiple foremen, and ensuring job site safety.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage multiple projects from start to finish.

    + Lead and oversee multiple foremen.

    + Handle RFI, Change Orders, and Submittals.

    + Ensure job site safety and conduct toolbox talks.

    + Repair full depth or spalled concrete and manage expansion joints.

    + Oversee waterproofing efforts and manage other subcontractors.

    + Coordinate with MEP contractors.

    + Utilize Procore for project management tasks.

    + Prepare and oversee 2-week lookahead schedules.

    + Manage quantities and materials for projects.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-10 years of experience in concrete repair and construction management.

    + Strong understanding of concrete repair processes and base scope of work.

    + Proficiency in managing multiple job sites and foremen.

    + Experience with masonry, RFI, change orders, submittals, and Procore.

    + Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.

    + Ability to conduct 2-week lookahead scheduling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Background in construction management.

    + Experience as a foreman is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
