    Decoding The Role:

Editas is seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join our Genomics & Bioinformatics Group. In this role, you will use various CRISPR delivery systems to execute high-throughput screens to identify lead guides across our internal programs. You will be responsible for experimental design, analysis, and summarizing screens. In addition to screening efforts, you will be responsible for inventory and distribution of reagents within Sample Management.

An ideal candidate has extensive experience handling and troubleshooting primary cells (HSC, T cells, Hepatocytes) and has experience screening in these cell types using various CRISPR delivery systems, including RNP and LNPs. The candidate should have a strong track record of creative thinking, strong drive, and the ability to be nimble while supporting multiple programs at a given time. Familiarity with liquid handling robots, such as the Biomek I7, and acoustic liquid transfers, like the Echo, is a plus.
