Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Oak Park, IL Compensation: $19–$20 per hour Shifts Available: Weekdays & Weekends | 7am–7pm, 7pm–7am Positions Available: Full-time & Part-time | Immediate Start   What We Offer * Competitive pay: $19–$20/hr * 401(k) retirement plan * Health insurance options * Paid time off (PTO) * Flexible scheduling * Weekly pay via direct deposit * RN clinical oversight and support * Employee referral bonus program * Opportunities for career growth * Free continuing education * Employee and Nurse of the Month recognition * HomeCare Pulse Employer of Choice award winner Responsibilities * Provide compassionate care as directed by the nursing supervisor and the client’s care plan * Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Take and record vital signs accurately * Support mobility and transfers using Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, Sit-to-Stand, and other transfer equipment * Provide specialized care for clients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators (training or experience required) * Assist with feeding, meal prep, and light housekeeping * Provide companionship and emotional support * Transport clients to appointments and community activities, when needed Requirements * Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home care or facility) * Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent care preferred * Proficient with Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, and Sit-to-Stand transfers * Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program * Active CNA certification in good standing (Illinois) * CPR certification (required) * Negative TB test or chest X-ray * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable) * Ability to communicate effectively in English * Empathetic, dependable, and team-oriented   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
