DPosition Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **General Warehouse Worker** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate packing, labeling, and quality control of products before shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately place products in coolers and affix labels to ensure correct items are packed for customers.
+ Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
+ Inspect products, coolers, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness and defects to prevent damaged or unsightly goods.
+ Follow proper handling procedures to minimize product damage.
+ Weigh dry ice accurately and place appropriate amounts into coolers based on specifications.
+ Reject defective dry ice based on weight, packaging, and quality standards.
+ Identify shipping modes and apply correct shipper labels.
+ Perform quality control checks on coolers to verify order accuracy and presentation.
+ Correct packing errors promptly and document discrepancies.
+ Achieve inspection productivity targets (e.g., **75 coolers per hour** ).
+ Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Skills
+ Packing, picking, and packaging experience.
+ Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology.
+ Ability to load/unload, assemble, label, and manage inventory.
+ Experience with pallet jacks and general warehouse operations.
Additional Qualifications
+ Must be at least **18 years of age** .
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Experience Level
Entry Level – Training provided for the right candidate.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
