As a Project Engineer based in our Los Angeles office, you’ll play a key role in coordinating active projects and supporting seamless execution from groundbreaking to occupancy.Under direction of the Financial Manager, Financial Controls, the Project Engineer - Finance will provide the following essential functions:
* Maintain the e-Builder cost module (10%).
* Establish and monitor cost controls (10%).
* Review and analyze cost data for accuracy and trends (20%).
* Set up and maintain vetted project budgets across multiple systems (20%).
* Oversee processing of commitments to ensure proper documentation and approvals (20%).

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal education.
* 5+years work experience in related Financial Controls role.
* Proven experience in establishing and maintaining cost and schedule controls using several systems and tools in a dynamic environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
