    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a firm located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers flexible hours, requiring approximately 25 hours per week onsite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter invoices into QuickBooks and maintain organized financial records.

    • Process invoices efficiently to ensure timely payment.

    • Handle cash applications and ensure proper allocation of funds.

    • Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.

    • Support general accounting tasks, including data entry and record management.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to assist with financial analysis and reporting.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet accounting deadlines and maintain compliance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in bookkeeping,

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for financial data management.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work onsite in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.

    • Flexibility to work approximately 25 hours per week with adaptable scheduling.
