Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!

Night Shift - Monday-Thursday: 7:30pm-6am - Pay $18.40/hr

Job Description

I am seeking medical assemblers for our client located in Logan, UT. As a medical assembler, you will play a crucial role in producing Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for safely executing the production process by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), and blueprints or drawings related to assembling, material handling, equipment operating, and packaging.

Responsibilities

+ Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products in accordance with product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs.

+ Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

+ Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.

+ Use strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations to implement mutual inspection, find and correct quality errors, and record and report problems in a timely manner.

+ Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as tasks are performed.

+ Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

+ Effectively work as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.

+ Focus on your development through timely and proactive completion of training.

Essential Skills

+ General production experience

+ Ability to follow blueprints

+ Proficiency with hand tools

+ Experience in assembly, especially within a medical device context

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

+ Capability to stand for the majority of the shift

+ Willingness to perform repetitive tasks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
