Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on server components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards. Follow standard operating procedures to disassemble, test, and reassemble server units. Use hand tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve hardware issues. Log repair activity and part usage accurately in inventory or ticketing systems. Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming server hardware and replacement parts. Maintain a clean and ESD-safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform diagnostics and repairs on server components like hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards.

+ Follow SOPs to disassemble, test, and reassemble server units.

+ Utilize hand tools and diagnostic software for hardware issue identification and resolution.

+ Accurately log repair activity and part usage in inventory or ticketing systems.

+ Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming hardware and replacement parts.

+ Maintain a clean and ESD-safe work environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production and general labor.

+ Proficiency in inspection, power tool usage, and quality control.

+ Knowledge of electrical service and preventive maintenance.

+ Familiarity with repair techniques and mechanical inclination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must be able to pass a mechanical assessment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
