Job Title: Wire Harness Assembly Mechanic

**Pay:** $22-25hour

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

**Location:** Everett, WA

About the Role

We’re looking for entry-level team members to help assemble wire harnesses used in aerospace and other industries. No prior experience is required- training will be provided!

Responsibilities

+ Assemble electrical wire harnesses using diagrams and instructions.

+ Use basic hand tools and shop equipment.

+ Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Keep your work area clean and organized.

+ Follow safety rules and company procedures.

+ Work well with your team and communicate clearly.

Preferred Skills

+ Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

+ Comfortable working with your hands and small parts.

+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

+ Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

+ Ability to discern all colors of the spectrum

+ Must be a U.S. person (due to export regulations).

_Experience with wire assembly, crimping, or similar work is a plus- but not required._

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EVERETT, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
