Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Shipping/Receiving

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled shipping and receiving associate to join our team, where you will play an integral role in our production process. This position is responsible for warehouse operations including loading, unloading, staging, and shipping/receiving of raw materials and finished products. Team members will use scales, barcode scanners, and computer systems to ensure accuracy, while following GMP and safety guidelines, with forklift operation required at times. Flexibility is key, as employees may be cross-trained to support different departments across the facility.

Essential Skills

- Use computer system and handling related documentation

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Will be using scales to get accurate measurements of liquids - Accurately and according to the formula, weight out the amount of raw materials

- Candidates might be using a forklift to move product around the production floor

- Candidates will need to have computer knowledge

- According to the formula, pick the required raw materials from the raw material warehouse

- Scan the raw materials using the barcode scanner, assuring lot number and quantity accuracy

- Stage the raw materials and add the material to the tank according to the work order manufacturing instructions. Forklift operation may be required.

- According to the sales order, fill and pack orders assuring accurate weight and using the specified sifter screen, using the specified labels.

- Follow GMP, safety guidelines and procedures

- Candidates might be crossed trained and need to be open to helping in different departments

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+years of working in a warehouse environment

+ Experience with an RF Scanner

+ Experience in inventory control

+ Knowledge of safety protocols and GMP
