    Job Title: Assembler (Operator)

    Job Description

    We’re hiring Assemblers to perform mechanical assembly and manufacturing tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools, working in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks, and using RF scan guns. Mandatory shift extensions may be required.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts.

    + Follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks.

    + Use hand tools effectively in the assembly process.

    + Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products during the assembly.

    + Assemble components such as saddlebags, handlebars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheels/tires.

    + Work mandatory shift extensions as required.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in assembly, manufacturing, and general labor

    + Proficient with hand tools and RF scan guns

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

    + Prior light assembly experience preferred

    + Able to stand for long periods (up to 10+ hours)

    + Flexible and willing to be cross-trained in multiple tasks

    Work Environment

     

    Assemblers will work in cells completing sub-assemblies while standing for the duration of their shift. The environment is fast-paced, with non-climate-controlled facilities where it can be warm in summer and cold in winter. Safety is prioritized, with safety glasses provided, and the dress code requires regular, non-offensive clothing and no open-toed shoes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr.
