    What We Offer

    + **Competitive Pay** : $29–$35/hour, depending on experience

    + **Shift Options** :

    + **1st Shift** : 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

    + **3rd Shift** : 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday (+12.5% differential)

    Responsibilities:

    + Keep operations running smoothly by repairing, adjusting, and assembling industrial equipment

    + Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using advanced diagnostic tools

    + Execute equipment modifications and upgrades to meet engineering standards

    + Support building systems maintenance (plumbing, wiring, HVAC)

    What You Bring

    + 5+ years in industrial maintenance, specializing in electrical systems

    + Hands-on with 240V & 480V systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Basic computer skills

    + Chemical manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

    + Ability to interpret blueprints and tackle electro-mechanical challenges

    + Comfortable wearing a respirator, as needed

    Preferred Extras

    + Degree in AAS/Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Electrician Certification, Maintenance Industrial Electrician or equivalent

    + Expertise in AC and three-phase circuit troubleshooting

    + Leadership experience mentoring maintenance teams

    Physical Requirements:

    + Able to ascend and descend stairs frequently (up to 20 times each, per 8-hour shift)

    + Able to ascend and descend a ladder, up to 40 feet

    + Able to ascend and descend a step ladder, up to 20 feet

    + Able to work in inclement weather while wearing the appropriate weather gear

    + Able to ascend and descend up to 2 flights of stairs while carrying a maximum load of 35 lbs

    + Able to lift 25 lbs overhead

    + Able to safely enter control voltage up to 480V

    The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.
