We’re looking for a **TIG Welding Rockstar** to join our elite team crafting **high-precision aerospace components** . If you love working with exotic metals and pushing the limits of accuracy, this is YOUR stage.

Your Mission

+ Weld aerospace alloys like **aluminum, titanium, Inconel** with **x-ray quality precision** .

+ Read blueprints like a pro and turn them into flawless reality.

+ Tame distortion and shrinkage with creative solutions.

+ Operate CNC machines (3, 4, 5, and 9-axis) like a boss.

+ Keep your workspace clean and organized—because precision starts with discipline.

What We Need

+ **6+ years** of TIG welding experience in aerospace or high-precision environments.

+ Ability to weld thin (.025"-.060") materials and pass radiographic tests.

+ AWS D17.1 knowledge preferred; **CWI certification = bonus points** .

+ A sharp eye for detail and steady hands for perfection.

+ Mon–Thu: 6am–4pm (1st) | 3:30pm–2am (2nd) + $2 shift differential

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peters, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
