Job Title: Warehouse and Field Worker

Job Description

This position involves working in a warehouse setting as well as out in the field. The role requires collaboration with a team, where you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto trucks based on provided instructions. You will also fix any deformed parts using hand tools, straighten stakes, and organize the warehouse when needed. Occasionally, you will be required to assist in setting up commercial properties.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials onto and off trucks manually.

+ Follow instructions on sheets to ensure correct materials are loaded.

+ Fix any deformed parts or stakes using hand tools.

+ Reorganize and clean up the warehouse when other tasks are complete.

+ Assist with setting up commercial properties in the field.

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of manual physical labor experience, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to perform general labor tasks such as construction, roofing, and concrete work.

+ Experience with warehouse operations, including pick/pack and loading/unloading trucks.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and possibly operating a forklift or hilo.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Chauffeur's license is a plus.

+ Previous forklift experience is beneficial.

+ Field experience is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
